James E. Edmunds (born July 21, 1970) is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. A Republican, he represents the 60th district, which includes parts of Charlotte, Halifax, Nottoway, and Prince Edward counties.[1]

He was elected in the 2009 elections to succeed Republican incumbent Clarke N. Hogan, who had represented the district since 2001. He was unopposed and had no Democratic challenger. He was sworn in the following January in Richmond, Virginia.[2]
